Terms & Conditions

1. 50% payment will be required to book an event, remaining 50% will be payable on the event day.

2. Event cancellation policy:

        a. 25% of the total amount will be charged, if cancelled less than 30 days prior.

        b. 50% of the total amount will be charged, if cancelled a day before or in a

            case of cancellation of event.

        c. The remaining payment will be refunded after two days of cancellation

            through cheque.

3. We recommend our clients to discuss the theme and analogies of shoot before a week of scheduled event.

4. We recommend that the client should identify the important and close individuals of an event, for informal and candid photographs.

5. Atif Studio holds the right of using images of the shoot on our website, social media and portfolio. If you have any reservation in the regard, kindly inform at the time of booking.

6. We will schedule on appropriate time-slot for a portrait session at the time of booking, due to any delay from client side, we hold the right to reduce the timing of the session or in extreme time constraint we can also forego the portrait session.

7. If the event is Outside Karachi, then the client will have to bore the traveling and accommodation charges, event charges may vary accordingly.

8. After selection of images by the client, we require on month to deliver the complete album of the event.

9. If the client wants to change anything after booking, they need to inform us and discuss the alternatives accordingly.

10. We will provide all items and services mentioned in the invoice, any additional items or services such as outdoor shoots, pictures in the CD, enlargement of images etc will be charged separately.
